‘Selection process not unfair once candidate accepts terms and conditions of the process: HC rules out
The High Court of J&K and Ladakh ruled out that once the candidate takes part in a selection process and the result is out, a candidate cannot turn around and challenge the terms and conditions of the said process as ‘unfair’.
